"The Bathroom...continued"
Okay, now...everyone follow along with me and I'll refresh your memory....
the bathroom started out like this....
and quickly progressed to this....
and {thank goodness} finally progressed to this....lol
while I could have lived with this for a really long time, *grins* Michael is on a mission....lol
...and yesterday had Jim come in and "mud" the bathroom getting it ready for final paint and woodwork.
Oh and by the way, Jim had a "little incident" while trying to put mud waaaaaaaaaaaayyyy up on the ceiling above the vanity....and just for the record, a marble vanity WILL crack....and it makes a HUGE noise when it does!! lol
Okay, here we go...the unveiling....but first you get to see what it was like
for 5 days while we were trying to get the drywall mud and paint just
right.....grrrrrrr

and finally, after 1 1/2 buckets of mud and a gallon of paint....and enough sanded "drywall dust" to cover the planet quite nicely....
We have this.....;-)
It still needs trimwork, white wallplate covers, a new door and something to cover the window besides stapled up pillowcases....lol.
but the broken marble vanity has been replaced with a new one....
and we just love the new bathroom!!
