Our Fallen Tree - 05/25/06

This is what the tree looked like when we moved in three years ago....

and this was last winter....the tree at the far right...

This is what Michael found when he got home Thursday evening...

Those had to be some STRONG winds...

If either of our cars had been at home at the time,

they would have been directly beneath this mess.

We still have the majority of the tree standing...;-)

Bosco was really freaked out over his view of the back door.

our light was ripped off the outside wall...

even the back porch took some abuse...

Michael started cutting it up

we had some gutter damage

what is left of the outside light

we had some damage to our siding

and some damage to our fence

more damage to the siding

and some damage to the roof shingles

"We are so thankful that it wasn't worse...;-)
